Tommi Aromäki

In my previous life, I was a lawyer and a national-level powerlifter. Since then, I have trained as a Motivus Method coach and a corporate wellness professional. My expertise lies in combining demanding work with high-performance sports, and I greatly enjoy training companies and coaching corporate groups. My personal experience enables me to bring significant value to the staff and leadership of expert organizations.

Isabel Coloma

Physical activity has always been a part of my life and I am glad that I have been able to make it my profession. As a coach I am versatile, encouraging and by challenging you I help you reach your full potential. My strengths include body shaping, increasing mobility, and accessory training for dancers. I am constantly looking to develop my skills and I am currently studying to became a physiotherapist.

Olli Koskinen

I have almost 10 years of experience in coaching different people and groups. I have coached children, athletes, fitness enthusiasts and retired people between the ages of eight and 90. I am also a physiotherapist.

Kei Miyagi

My love for exercise and movement, as well as my interest in the wellness and functionality of human body, led me to become a personal trainer a few years ago.I'm inspired by exercise as a resource and I want to find the right and meaningful form of exercise for each of my clients to energise their everyday life!

Joni Stenholm

I'm a veteran of the health and fitness industry. I have extensive experience in the field of sports and coaching. I have had clients varying from ordinary working people to business leaders and athletes. I have also trained health and fitness students. My passion for sports also extends beyond work and my free time is very much spent in a variety of sporting activities. My everyday activities include Bralizian jujitsu, gym, jogging, skiing and walking my dog.

Riia Talaja

I’m a seasoned veteran in the fitness and wellness industry and a sports fanatic. I’m trained as a physiotherapist, fitness instructor, and personal trainer, though nowadays I work primarily in data analytics.

Roosa-Maria Yli-Malmi

I have been involved in sports my entire life, and through that, promoting physical activity and overall well-being has become my profession. Exercise is a vital resource in my daily life, and I strive to engage in diverse activities every day. I come from a competitive athletics background, and I apply what I've learned from there in my coaching.
