Kei Miyagi
My love for exercise and movement, as well as my interest in the wellness and functionality of human body, led me to become a personal trainer a few years ago.I'm inspired by exercise as a resource and I want to find the right and meaningful form of exercise for each of my clients to energise their everyday life! Sports that require muscular endurance have been a part of me since childhood. My current hobbies outside the gym include endurance running, road cycling and beach volley.
As a coach, I'm goal-oriented and encouraging, but I can also be compassionate. I'm genuinely interested in my clients as individuals, so I will coach you according to your specific needs. So please be prepared for me to ask you how is everything going also outside our training sessions together!
I have coached bot individual clients and groups. My clients have been everything between regular gym hobbyist and endurance sports enthusiasts. Bicep curls, marathon - I got you! My specialities are endurance sports, weight training at the gym, mobility training and nutrition coaching.
