Henrik Helkelä

Physical activity has always been an important part of my life. Having explored almost every sport from floorball to breakdancing and diving in my youth, I eventually found my long-term passions in CrossFit and, through it, weightlifting. I’ve competed in weightlifting at the national and Nordic junior championship levels. These sports also sparked the beginning of my coaching career.

⁠As a coach, I strive to meet clients as they are and tailor my approach to suit each individual. My priority is helping clients progress in a way that feels natural and sustainable, avoiding a sense of forced effort. I aim to bring a light-hearted touch to my coaching style.

⁠My expertise lies in weightlifting. I’m also experienced in physical conditioning for various sports and functional fitness (CrossFit). Whether you want to master weightlifting techniques, hit new PRs, or improve your performance in another sport, I’m here to support you.
