In my coaching, you'll receive a training program tailored to your goals, support to maintain motivation, guidance on improving movement technique, advice on mastering optimal nutrition, and my support in putting all of this into practice. My coaching philosophy is built on evidence-based decisions, developing holistic well-being, and prioritizing quality over quantity. I also teach my clients to listen to their bodies and develop body awareness, ensuring quality training even when the coach's eye isn't watching. As a coach, I am encouraging, empathetic, realistic, and firm. I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for everyone to train, both physically and mentally.
I have delved into scientific literature on how women’s hormones affect physical training and endurance throughout different phases of the cycle. Therefore, I can also offer my clients training programs optimized for their individual hormonal cycle, enabling the best results and enjoyable workouts throughout the month.
I’m a career-changer and worked in specialist roles in the software industry before moving into the fitness field. I’m currently studying to become a physiotherapist and have a keen interest in physical coaching, mental coaching, and mobility development. I have about ten years of gym experience, and my primary sports focus in recent years has been Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in which I also compete. In childhood, I practiced ballet, and dance in all its forms is still close to my heart. Thanks to my diverse work background and physiotherapy studies, I’m used to working with different people and understand both the lives of knowledge workers and those who do physical work.
Fitness and wellness are my passions, and I’m excited to encourage and help my clients in these areas.
