This class focuses on weightlifting, including the clean & jerk, snatch, and their variations. The program also features multi-joint movements such as deadlifts, squats, presses, and upper body pulls. Build strength safely and effectively!
The weightlifting classes are led by Henrik Helkelä, a national and Nordic championship-level weightlifter who has completed the Weightlifting Federation's Coach Certification.
