I can't do a push up, what to do?

Fortunately for them, Motivus Method is a coaching concept proven with hundreds and hundreds of people. It helps learn various movement skills, improve their strength, and enhance their everyday endurance leading to better quality of life. On the first training session, pull-ups might have seemed like a daunting challenge, but now they're already working towards their third repetition. Push-ups may have caused a sore nose initially, but now the fifth repetition is well within reach.
